During this time you will be introduced to the following:

• Identify:

  • Microphones

  • Different types of cables

  • Speakers

  • Amplifiers

  • Sound Board

After you have become familiar with the information and have practiced you will verbally and practically:

​​

• Show knowledge of how to:

  • Set up a Portable PA System

  • Set up a wireless microphone both handheld and a lav.

  • Change batteries

  • Set Frequency

  • Set DB

  • Clean the microphone and body pack

  • Make an ear piece

  • Put a body pack onto a performer.​
