TOPIC SEVEN- Collaboration with Cinema

The class format now changes to using concepts introduced into an advanced lab setting. This setting allows the process of researching scenes, presenting, directing and the writing of original material to be explored using the concepts that have been taught.

Project Assignment
Please read pg. 26-29 in ALWB and use the prompts in it as you rewrite your scene and start your other projects. From now to the end of the semester it is expected that you will have written the following for your portfolio:

  • Commercial

  • PSA

  • Dramatic Scene - Used for a film and stage project

  • Comedic Scene - Used for a film and stage project

  • Monologue - Used for a film and stage project

The ultimate goal is to see if any of these pieces will be able to used for as a piece for the final showcase or a short film.
